What to expect from me as your coach
I WILL SHINE A FLASHLIGHT ALONG YOUR PATH
I will empower you to set your own goals and hold you accountable to reach them. A softball coach can't make the plays for you on the field, but will give you the tools and opportunity to practice. I will not tell you what to do, but will challenge you to discover your best self.
In our first session after our consultation, we will define a personal development plan with your first set of goals to start your journey. We will reference these goals throughout our time together to track progress.
I also understand that life happens and will not judge your journey. If you need more time to work towards your goals or to reevaluate your goals, I am here to guide you. I will offer you empathy and full heart.
Probing QUESTIONS
I will ask you to tap into vulnerability and think deeply about your desires, needs, and areas in your life you want to improve. I ask for your honesty and in return I will offer support and a non-judgmental ear to any details you choose to share.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Our conversations will be kept confidential. I respect your privacy and will keep it safe. The only caveat to this would be if you shared any suggestion of a plan to harm yourself or others. In that case, I would contact the appropriate authorities.
PROGRESS CHECK-INS
I like to have sessions with clients weekly or every other week to hold you accountable for the goals we set in our sessions. In each session, we will set micro-goals to achieve before the next session. If you set a goal, you commit to following through.

As your coach, I commit to truly listen to what you have to say and try to understand your point of view. I value your voice and will give you the space and grace to share your thoughts with room for self-reflection. I will not rush you.

We'll determine our fit as client and coach during the consultation. If you feel you'd be better served by a different coach or expert, no hard feelings.
Healthy Habits
So much of our wellness can be tied back to the habits we carry every day. I have worked on fine-tuning my habits and would love the opportunity help you define the habits you want to change or integrate into your routine.
Postpartum Adjustment
As a mom, I have been there. By "there," I mean the postpartum period when everything feels like a mess, you can't recognize your body, you are in love with your baby, but grieving the life you used to have. I can help you adjust and find your spark again.
Work-Life balance
I preach work-life balance. If you need help drawing boundaries for your personal time or figuring out how to integrate exercise, self-care, family obligations, or a simple coffee break amidst a full schedule, I can help.
